Ljiljana Minwalla is the fractional General Counsel of KICS, providing invaluable legal and strategic counsel for our operations. She is a business and intellectual property attorney with over 18 years of experience advising biotech companies at all stages​. Ljiljana has served as Corporate Secretary and senior counsel for multiple biotechs, navigating complex regulatory landscapes and international partnerships​.

Her expertise spans IP strategy, licensing deals, M&A, clinical contract negotiation, and regulatory compliance​ – all critical areas for a successful clinical program. She has a Ph.D. in Pharmacology in addition to her law degree​, giving her a robust scientific understanding to pair with legal acumen.
