Mariem Sarghini leads the operational strategy and quality management at KICS. She offers nearly 20 years of experience in Clinical Quality Assurance (CQA) and trial operations​. Mariem has built Quality Management Systems from the ground up and trained clinical research teams across Europe and globally on GCP and audit readiness. With a microbiology background and an MBA in Healthcare Management in progress​, she bridges scientific rigor with business acumen.

Mariem has worked on trials spanning oncology and other therapeutic areas, and she is particularly passionate about making clinical research accessible in Lower-Middle Income Countries​. As COO, Mariem ensures that every KICS project runs like clockwork – with robust processes, vigilant risk monitoring, and a culture of continuous improvement. Her dedication to quality at every step means our clients’ studies are executed to the highest standards, every time.
